What We Cannot Help With
While we're happy to discuss the tool and how it works, there are some things that fall outside what we can assist with:
- Personal Tax Advice: We cannot provide advice on your specific tax situation. For personal tax guidance, consult a qualified tax professional or accountant.
- Official CPP Records: We have no access to CRA or Service Canada data. For your official CPP statement of contributions and benefit projections, access My Account at canada.ca or contact Service Canada directly.
- Disputes with the CRA: If you believe your employer has incorrectly calculated your CPP deductions, contact your employer's payroll department or the CRA directly.
- QPP (Quebec Pension Plan): CPPCalc.ca covers CPP only. For QPP inquiries, contact Retraite Québec.
